Consulting Fee. The Company shall pay the consultant the sum of six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($6,250) per month (prorated for any partial month), which shall be paid in arrears in two installments of three thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars ($3,125) each on the 15th and 30th day of each calendar month.
Consulting Fee. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Company shall pay the Consultant a consulting fee at the annual rate of $500,000, payable quarterly in arrears. The Company shall reimburse Consultant for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with Consultant's performance of the Services.
Consulting Fee. In consideration of HERE’s services, REGENT agrees to pay HERE a consulting fee of US$210,960 (“Consulting Fee”) which shall be paid according to the following schedule upon HERE submitting invoices for its services to REGENT:
Consulting Fee. In consideration for agreeing to provide the services set forth in Section 3(b), during the Consulting Period, the Consultant shall be paid a fee of $8,333 per month (the “Consulting Fee”), payable in arrears no later than the fifth business day of each calendar month, with the first and last such payments to be prorated as necessary to reflect a period of service that is less than a full month.
Consulting Fee. In consideration of HERE’s services, REGENT agrees to pay HERE a consulting fee of US$269,802 (“Consulting Fee”) which shall be paid according to the following schedule upon HERE submitting invoices for its services to REGENT:
(a) 35% (US$94,431) payable no later than two (2) months prior to the Theatrical Release Date of the film.
(b) 40% (US$107,921) payable no later than one (1) month prior to the Theatrical Release Date of the Film.
(c) 15% (US$40,470) payable upon Theatrical Release Date of the Film.
(d) 10% (US$26,980) payable no later than one (1) month after the Theatrical Release Date of the Film.
Consulting Fee. During the Term, Consultant will be paid an annual consulting fee at the annualized rate of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), less applicable tax deductions and withholdings. The consulting fee in effect at any given time is referred to herein as the “Consulting Fee.” The Consulting Fee will be payable in periodic installments in accordance with the Company’s usual practice for its senior executives.
Consulting Fee. The parties acknowledge and agree that the payment obligation regarding Consultant's annual consulting fee as set forth in Section 1 of Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement (referenced above) shall be replaced with the following: "In consideration of Consultant's services, for the twelve {12} month period commencing on the Effective Date of this Amendment (i.e., July 1, 2020) and concluding on June 30, 2021, Company shall pay Consultant a consulting fee of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($380,500), which shall be paid on a schedule of Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($31,708.34) per month in arrears."
Consulting Fee. As compensation for the Services to be rendered by Consultant from the Effective Date of this Agreement through the duration of the Advisory Period, the Company shall pay Consultant Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00) (the “Consulting Fee”) each month, prorated for partial month during the term. Consultant shall invoice the Company at the end of each calendar month.
Consulting Fee. As compensation for all Services rendered pursuant to this Agreement, Manager shall pay Consultant a consulting fee (the "Consulting Fee"), equal to TWENTY-FIVE AND 765/100 PERCENT (25.765%) of the Total Management Fee (defined below) payable to Manager. The Consulting Fee shall be payable by Manager to Consultant monthly within ten (10) days after the close of each calendar month, beginning June 10, 2003, which fee shall be pro-rated for any partial month during the Term. The term "Total Management Fee" means the total of the base and incentive fees payable to Manager under the terms of each Management Agreement in effect during the Term of this Agreement, as calculated pursuant to a statement prepared by Manager and submitted to Consultant together with each monthly Consulting Fee, setting forth in reasonable detail the management and incentive fees paid to Manager under each Management Agreement subject of this Agreement.
Consulting Fee. The Consultant shall be entitled to a consulting fee (the ‘‘Consulting Fee’’) of $12,833.33 per month during the Term beginning on January 1, 2004, which shall be paid monthly on the first day of each month from January 1, 2004 through June 1, 2004.
