Common use of Company Data Clause in Contracts

Company Data. 23.1 Without prejudice to Clause 22, the Supplier shall not (and shall procure that the Supplier Personnel do not) store, copy, disclose, or use the Company Data except as necessary for the performance by the Supplier of its obligations under this Agreement or as otherwise provided for by this Agreement. 23.2 Upon receipt or creation by the Supplier of any Company Data and during any collection, processing, storage and transmission by the Supplier of any Company Data, the Supplier shall take all precautions necessary to preserve the integrity of the Company Data and to prevent any corruption or loss of the Company Data.
