Common use of Company Designated Representative Clause in Contracts

Company Designated Representative. Company shall appoint and provide Contractor written or oral notice of its designated representative for each Work project. No representative shall have authority to change or modify the terms of this Contract unless expressly so authorized in writing by Company.
