Common use of Company Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Company Disclosures. Nothing in Section 4.6(d), Section 4.6(e), Section 4.6(f) or Section 4.6(n) shall prevent or otherwise limit the ability of the Company to make any disclosure which the Company reasonably believes is necessary to comply with applicable Law, including any changes to drafts previously furnished to Hxxxxx. Nothing in Section 4.6(d), Section 4.6(e), Section 4.6(f) or Section 4.6(n) shall prevent or otherwise limit the ability of Hxxxxx to make any disclosure which Hxxxxx reasonably believes is necessary to comply with applicable Law, including any changes to drafts previously furnished to the Company.
