Common use of Company Identification Clause in Contracts

Company Identification. All articles of Company identification such as crest, badges, nameplates, uniforms as described in Article 28.01 and assigned equipment, shall remain the property of the Company and shall be returned by the employee upon termination of employment. Failure to return uniform and equipment upon departure shall result in the employee being charged the replacement value on their last paycheque (value as indicated on the uniform issue sheet). The Company has the right to pursue legal action to recover all unreturned articles of uniforms and equipment provided to the officer by the Company and the officers may be liable to meet all associated legal costs of such pursuit.
