Common use of Company Identity Clause in Contracts

Company Identity. The MLP and the Borrower shall do or cause to be done (or refrain from doing or causing to be done, as the case may be) all things necessary to ensure that the separate legal identity of the Borrower, the MLP and, except as permitted by Section 7.06, each of their respective Subsidiaries will at all times be respected and that none of the Borrower, the MLP, or any of their Subsidiaries will be liable for any obligations, contractual or otherwise, of the MLP General Partner, Martin Resource or any other entity in which the MLP General Partner xx Xxxtin Resource owns any equity interest, except as permitted by Sectxxxx 0.13 and 7.
