Common use of Company Notices Clause in Contracts

Company Notices. (a) The Company, within thirty (30) days of receipt of such Put Notice, shall deliver to the Holder or Holders exercising its or their put option pursuant to this Section 11, a notice (i) specifying the Put Repurchase Date and (ii) stating the type and number of the Warrants and/or Warrant Shares held by each such other Holder.

Company Notices. (ai) The CompanyCompany shall, within thirty twenty (3020) days of receipt of such Put Notice, shall deliver to the Holder or Holders exercising its or their put option pursuant to this Section 11, a notice (i) specifying the Put Repurchase Date and (ii) stating the type and number of the Warrants and/or Warrant Shares held by each such other Holder.
