Common use of Company-Paid Basic Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Company-Paid Basic Life Insurance. A. During the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to continue a Basic Life Insurance Plan. The Company agrees to negotiate with the Union any changes in such plan that would decrease the benefits herein contrary to the provisions of this Article.
