Company-Provided Automobile. On the Effective Date, the Company will ---------------------------- cease providing Executive with an automobile at Company expense. However, at the Executive's option, Executive may either assume the lease obligation on the same terms and at the same rate as the Company was leasing the automobile on the Effective Date, or may purchase the automobile on the same terms and at the same rate as if the lease had expired.
