Company Request for Unit Chair or Representative to Travel. The Company may request that a Union representative, including the Local Unit Chairperson, be sent to another branch for consultation. Such representative will be paid at the regular rate of pay for travelling time as well as for hours of consultation, up to a maximum of normal shift hours for an Hourly Employee or Owner Operator. The Company will assume all necessary expenses within Company policies, such policies in place as of March 2009 will be considered the minimum payable.
