Union Representative Visits. The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
Union Representative Visits. An authorized representative or executive officer of the Union shall be permitted after having requested permission from the General Manager to talk with an employee regarding Union matters during regular working hours. The interview shall be carried on in a place provided for and designated by the Co-operative. Time taken for such interviews in excess of ten (10) minutes shall not be on company time.
Union Representative Visits. Upon proper introduction and notice to the Superintendent or his/her designee of his/her intent to be present on the worksite and the reason(s), the Agency will allow a Union Representative(s) of Local Council 75 reasonable access to the worksite during working hours. Every good faith effort shall be made to give advance notice of the visit. Such visits will not interfere with the normal flow of work. During periods of emergencies, this provision may be temporarily suspended by the Agency as required for the duration of the emergency.
Union Representative Visits. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with employees and transact Union business on school property. Prior notice of the requested visit is required with the principal or appropriate administrator. Upon the representative’s arrival at any school, he must request authorization from the appropriate administrator or his designee in order to facilitate the visit. The representative will be required to sign in and sign out at the school office.
Union Representative Visits. (a) A full time Union Representative, known to the management as the Business Agent, will be entitled to visit the unit for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members, and to insure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented.
(b) Under no circumstances will a Union Representative interrupt, disrupt or stop any employee while engaged in the performance of their duties. If the Union Representative wishes to speak to any employee, he/she shall first obtain permission from the Plant Manager, or in his/her absence, the designated Production Manager or the Human Resources Manager, who shall not unreasonably deny this request.
(c) Prior to entering the plant and before visiting the plant, the Union Representative shall contact the management representative and advise that he/she intends to visit the plant. The Company shall then allow the Chief Xxxxxxx or his/her designated representative to accompany the Union Representative during such visits. In cases where such visits result in the Chief Xxxxxxx or his/her designee being away from their work for a period of greater than one-half (1/2) hour, then such additional time will be without pay by the Employer.
(d) When in the plant, the Union Representative will follow and observe all policies governing plant operation.
Union Representative Visits. After advance notice to the State Fire Marshal or his/her designee of his/her intent to be present on the worksite and the reason(s), the OSFM will allow a Union Representative(s) reasonable access to the worksite during work day. Such visits will not interfere with the normal flow of work. Requests for access to buildings other than OSFM headquarters shall be directed to station commanders.
Union Representative Visits. (a) A representative of the Union shall be allowed to visit the branch, however, through courtesy he/she shall notify the Inventory Control Manager/ Supervisor or Director of Finance or his/her designate when entering the premises
(b) The Union Representative shall attempt to conduct any Union business during the rest or lunch breaks of the employees.
Union Representative Visits. The Employer agrees that a full-time representative of the Union, or the International Union after obtaining consent from the Hotel General Manager or his designate, may enter the premises during hours of employment to interview employees and deal with the administration of this Collective Agreement. It is agreed that such visits will be timed to cause as little disruption as possible to the normal conduct of the Employer's business and "consent" referred to above shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Union Representative Visits. 19.01 An authorized representative or executive officer of the Union shall be permitted to attend on the Employer's premises at any time for purposes of dealing with Union matters. However, should it be necessary to disrupt an employee or employees temporarily when dealing with Union matters, the Union agrees to receive approval from the Employer prior to the disruption taking place.
Union Representative Visits. After advising the Agency Director or his/her designee of his/her presence on the worksite and the reason(s) therefore, a Union Representative(s) will be allowed to visit the work areas of the employees during workday. Such visits will not interfere with the normal flow of work.
