Company Stock Option and Other Plans. Promptly following the mailing of the Proxy Statement, the Company shall cause a notice (which shall include, without limitation, the information contained in Section 2.3(b) hereof) to be sent to each holder of Company Stock Options, whether vested or unvested, in such form as is reasonably agreed upon by the Company, Parent and Liberty Media.
