Company to Be Bound. The Company covenants and agrees that to the full extent it has the capacity and power at law to do so, it will carry on its business and operations in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and take no action which would constitute a contravention of any of the terms or provisions hereof.
Company to Be Bound. The Company, so far as its powers apply, shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement and shall do and perform all such acts and things and execute all such documents and assurances as it has power to do and as is necessary to fully and effectually carry out the terms of this Agreement.
Company to Be Bound. 36.1. The Company shall be bound by any provision of this agreement which either expressly or by implication imposes obligations on the Company, and each of the shareholders shall use its best endeavours to procure that the Company complies with such obligations.
