Common use of Company’s Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Company’s Affiliates. As used in this Agreement, the term the “Company’s Affiliates” means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, or other entity of which an aggregate of twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the issued and outstanding capital stock or other equity interests is owned, directly or indirectly, by the Company that is engaged in a “Competitive Business” (as that term is defined in Section 11(a)(i), below).
