Common use of COMPANY'S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. Executive agrees to observe and comply with the reasonable rules and regulations of Company as adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company or committee of the Board of Directors respecting performance of Executive's duties and to carry out and perform orders, directions, and policies of Company as they may be, from time-to-time, stated to Executive either verbally or in writing.

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. The Executive agrees to observe and comply with the reasonable rules and regulations of the Company as adopted from time to time by the Company's Board of Directors of Director's, either orally or in writing, respecting the Company or committee of the Board of Directors respecting performance of Executive's his duties and to carry out and to perform orders, directions, directions and policies set forth by the Company from time to time. During the term of Company as they may bethis Agreement, from time-to-timethe Executive shall not engage in any other business activity, stated to whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain or profit, unless the Executive either verbally or in writingshall have first obtained the written consent of the Company.
