Common use of COMPANY'S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. EMPLOYEE agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of COMPANY as adopted by COMPANY's Board of Directors, which are not inconsistent with his sole discretion to manage the operations of the COMPANY, communicated in writing, respecting performance of his duties, and to carry out and perform orders, directions, and policies stated by COMPANY to him, from time to time, communicated in writing.

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. EMPLOYEE The Employee agrees to observe and comply with the rules and regulations of COMPANY the Company as adopted by COMPANYthe Company's Board of Directors, which are not inconsistent with his sole discretion and anyone so authorized by the Board to manage the operations of the COMPANY, communicated in writing, adopt such rules and regulations respecting performance of his duties, duties and to carry out and to perform orders, directions, directions and policies stated by COMPANY the Company to him, from time to time, communicated either orally or in writing.
