Common use of COMPANY'S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. Executive shall observe and comply at all times with the orders, directives and policies as may be issued from time to time, either orally of in writing, by Company, the Board or the President.

Executive shall observe and comply at all times with the directions of the Board regarding Executive's performance of his duties and with Company's business policies, rules and regulations as adopted by the Board.
