Common use of COMPANY'S AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. Executive shall observe and comply at all times with the directions of the President and/or Chief Executive Officer regarding Executive's performance of his duties and with Company's business policies, rules and regulations as adopted by the Board of Directors (the "Board"). Executive shall carry out and perform any and all orders, directions, and policies, consistent with Executive's position, as may be so stated by the President and/or Chief Executive Officer from time to time, either orally or in writing.

COMPANY'S AUTHORITY. Executive shall observe and comply at all times with the directions of the President and/or Chief Executive Officer regarding Executive's performance of his duties and with Company's business policies, rules and regulations as adopted by the Board of Directors (the "Board"). Executive shall carry out and perform any and all orders, directions, directives and policies, consistent with Executive's position, policies as may be so stated by the President and/or Chief Executive Officer issued from time to time, either orally or of in writing, by Company, the Board or the President.
