Common use of Company's Compliance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Company's Compliance Certificate. Together with each delivery of quarterly and annual financial statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Sections 8.1(a) and 8.1(b) above, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered a fully and properly completed compliance certificate (in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit H and referred to as a "COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE") signed by the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of the Company.

Company's Compliance Certificate. Together with each delivery of quarterly and annual financial statements of the Company Companies and its their Subsidiaries pursuant to Sections subsections 8.1(a) and 8.1(b) above, the Holding Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered the Purchasers a fully and properly completed compliance certificate (in substantially the form attached of Exhibit L hereto as Exhibit H or in such other form and referred substance satisfactory to as a "COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE"the Purchasers) signed by the Holding Company's chief executive officer or chief financial officer of the Companyofficer.
