Company’s Equipment - Environmental Loss or Damage. Notwithstanding the provision of Paragraph 1. above, Company shall assume liability at all times for damage to or destruction of Contractor’s equipment caused by exposure to highly corrosive or otherwise destructive elements, including those introduced into the drilling fluid.
