Company’s Failure to Renew Employment Term. A notice by Company of a non-renewal of the Employment Term pursuant to Section 3 hereof shall be deemed an involuntary termination of Employee by the Company without Cause as of the end of the Employment Term, but Employee may terminate at any time after the receipt of such notice and shall be treated as if he was terminated without Cause as of such date.
