Common use of Company's Option to Elect Rate Period Clause in Contracts

Company's Option to Elect Rate Period. The Company shall have, and is hereby granted, the option to elect to convert on any Conversion Date the interest rate borne by the Bonds to another Variable Rate to be effective for a Rate Period pursuant to the provisions of Article II of the Indenture and subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. To exercise such options, the Company shall give the written notice required by the Indenture.
