COMPANY’S RIGHT OF ASSIGNMENT. Company may assign any of its rights and delegate all or any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement to one or more of its Affiliates; provided, however, that any such assignment or delegation will not relieve Company from any of its contractual obligations under this Agreement.
