Common use of Company’s Right to Convey Clause in Contracts

Company’s Right to Convey. Company may transfer title to the Company-Owned Site from time to time at any time without prior notice to, or consent from, Seller, provided that any such transfer is subject to Seller’s right to utilize the Company-Owned Site under this Agreement. Company will promptly notify Seller of such a transfer.
