Common use of Compensation and Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Benefit Plans. Except as otherwise provided in my employment agreement dated August 1, 2010 (the “Employment Agreement”), I will cease to be eligible to participate under any stock option, bonus, incentive compensation, commission, medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, and other compensation or benefit plans of the Company following the termination of my employment on , 200 , except as otherwise provided herein.
