Increases in Base Salary. Officer's Base Salary shall be reviewed no less frequently than on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the Term by the Board (or such committee as may be appointed by the Board for such purpose). The Base Salary payable to Officer may be increased on each such anniversary date (and such other times as the Board or a committee of the Board may deem appropriate during the Term of the Agreement) to an amount determined by the Board (or a committee of the Board). Any increase in Base Salary or other compensation shall in no way limit or reduce any other obligations of Company hereunder and, once established at an increased specified rate, Officer's Base Salary shall not be reduced unless Officer otherwise agrees in writing.
Increases in Base Salary. When the Bank reviews the compensation of other Bank officers in accordance with the Bank's regular practices, Executive's Base Salary shall be subject to adjustment in accord with the Bank's compensation policies and practices generally applicable to Bank officers. Executive's Base Salary following any such change shall be the new Base Salary for purposes of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Executive's Base Salary shall be increased, effective January 1, 2003, to $115,000, and effective January 1, 2004 to $125,000.
Increases in Base Salary. UM reserves the right, exercisable in its discretion, to increase the Coach’s Annual Base Salary based upon the guidelines issued annually by the University for salary adjustments of all UM contract professional employees.

Increases in Base Salary. It is agreed that if the Employee is requested to perform and does perform duties that result in substantial increases in responsibility beyond the Scope of Employment, the Employee and the Company will negotiate in good faith for an increased base salary for the Employee.
Increases in Base Salary. MSU reserves the right, exercisable in its discretion, to increase the Coach’s annual Base Salary based upon the guidelines issued annually by the University for salary adjustments of all contract employees. Coach shall not be excluded from such salary increase based upon the date of execution of this contract. Coach is entitled to all employee benefits available to full time contract employees of MSU.
Increases in Base Salary. Executive’s base salary will automatically increase in the following events: if the reported EBITDA of the consolidated reporting entity (OTC:HMMR) for a quarter is (i) One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand US Dollars ($125,000 USD), Executive’s base salary will increase to an annualized base salary of Eighty Four Thousand US Dollars ($84,000), (ii) Two Hundred Thousand US Dollars ($200,000 USD), Executive’s base salary will increase to an annualized base salary of Ninety Six Thousand US Dollars ($96,000), (iii) Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand US Dollars ($250,000 USD), Executive’s base salary will increase to an annualized based salary of One Hundred and Eight Thousand US Dollars ($108,000).
Increases in Base Salary. Notwithstanding the maximum salaries listed above, no bargaining unit member will have his/her salary "capped" during the period of this agreement. Effective July 1, 2013 all base wages for employees on the payroll as of July 1, 2013 shall be increased by a sum equal to two (2) percent 2%), retroactive to July 1, 2013.over the then current salary.

Effective as of July 1, 2015 all base wages for employees on the payroll as of July 1, 2015 shall be increased for 2015-2016 by a sum equal to a two percent (2%) over their then current base salary for that fiscal year. Effective January 1, 2016, each unit member shall at that time receive a $400 increase to their annual base salary as a retention payment. Effective as of July 1, 2016, all base wages for employees on the payroll as of July 1, 2016 shall be increased for 2016-2017 by a sum equal to a two percent (2%) increase over their then current base salary for that fiscal year. Effective January 1 2017, each unit member shall at that time receive a $400 increase to their annual base salary as a retention payment.
