Compensation and Benefits upon Expiration of Remaining Term. This Agreement shall terminate following the EMPLOYEE’s termination for Disability, provided, however, the EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to receive the compensation and benefits provided under the terms of any long-term disability plan of TBOP in effect on the Date of Termination.
