Compensation and Billing. 6.1 The Home Health Care Agency shall seek payment only from EGID for the provision of home health care services except as provided in paragraphs 6.3, 6.4, and 6.10. The payment from the State and Education Employees Health Insurance Plan shall be limited to the amounts referred to in paragraph 6.2.
