Compensation and Billing. 6.1 The PHYSICIAN shall seek payment only from EGID for the provision of medical services except as provided in paragraphs 6.3, 6.4 and 6.9. The payment from the State and Education Employees Health Insurance Plan shall be limited to the amounts referred to in paragraph 6.2.
