Common use of Compensation and Expenses of Custodian Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Expenses of Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for its services as custodian hereunder, as agreed upon from time to time between the Fund and the Custodian. The Custodian shall be entitled to receive from the Fund on demand reimbursement for its cash disbursements, expenses and charges, including reasonable counsel fees, in connection with its duties hereunder, but excluding salaries and usual overhead expenses.
