Common use of Compensation and Indemnification of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Indemnification of Trustee. Trustee shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for all services rendered or expenses incurred in the administration or execution of the trusts hereby created and Grantor hereby agrees to pay the same. Trustee shall be indemnified, held harmless and reimbursed by Grantor for any liability, damage or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and amounts paid in settlement, which Trustee may incur or sustain in connection with this Deed of Trust or in the doing of any act which Trustee is required or permitted to do by the terms hereof or by law.
