Limitation of Rights. Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall be construed to:
Limitation of Rights. The Option does not confer to the Optionee or the Optionee's personal representative any rights of a shareholder of the Company unless and until shares of Stock are in fact issued to such person in connection with the exercise of the Option. Nothing in this Option Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate the Optionee's employment at any time, nor confer upon the Optionee any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Subsidiary.
Limitation of Rights. [All of the rights of the Swap Counterparty in, to and under this Agreement, if any, shall terminate upon the termination of the Interest Rate Swap Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof and the payment in full of all amounts owing to the Swap Counterparty under such Interest Rate Swap Agreement.]
Limitation of Rights. Neither this Agreement, nor any amendment hereof, nor the payment of any benefits hereunder shall be construed as giving Employee or any other person any legal or equitable right against Employer except as expressly provided herein.
Limitation of Rights. (a) All of the rights of the Note Insurer in, to and under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, all of the Note Insurer’s rights as a third party beneficiary of this Agreement and all of the Note Insurer’s rights to receive notice of any action hereunder and to give or withhold consent to any action hereunder) shall terminate upon the termination of the Insurance Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof and the payment in full of all amounts owing to the Note Insurer.
Limitation of Rights. This Option does not confer on you or your beneficiary designated pursuant to Paragraph 5 any rights as a shareholder of the Company unless and until the Shares are in fact issued in connection with the exercise of the Option. Nothing in this Award Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Affiliate to terminate your employment at any time, nor confer upon you any right to continue in the service of the Company or any Affiliate.
Limitation of Rights. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to the continuation of his employment or service with the Company, or interfere in any way with the right of the Company at any time to terminate such employment or other service or to increase or decrease, or otherwise adjust, the compensation and/or other terms and conditions of the Grantee’s employment or other service.
Limitation of Rights. The granting of the Award and the execution of the Agreement shall not give Employee any rights to (1) similar grants in future years, (2) any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or (3) interfere in any way with the right of the Company or its affiliates or subsidiaries to terminate Employee’s employment or services at any time.
Limitation of Rights. With the exception of rights herein expressly conferred, nothing expressed or mentioned in or to be inferred from this Indenture, or the Bonds, is intended or shall be construed to give to any person or company other than the Company, the parties hereto, and the holders of the Bonds, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture or any covenants, conditions and provisions herein contained. This Indenture and all of the covenants, conditions and provisions hereof are intended to be and are for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Company, the parties hereto and the holders of the Bonds as herein provided.
Limitation of Rights. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any person, other than the parties hereto, any benefits, rights, or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
