In accordance with Section 13-1-158 XXXX 0000, payment shall be tendered to the Design Professional within thirty (30) days of the date of written certification of acceptance. The OWNER MUST receive all Payment Invoices no later than fifteen (15) days after the termination of this Agreement. Payment Invoices received after such date WILL NOT BE PAID. In no event will the Design Professional be paid for services provided in excess of the total compensation amount without this Agreement being amended in writing prior to those services in excess of the total compensation amount being provided.
