Common use of COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS. The Owner shall compensate the Design Professional in accordance with the Articles of this Agreement. 11.3.8.1 For Basic Services compensation shall be a stipulated sum of Amount in Agreement in Words and No/100 Dollars ($X,XXX,XXX.XX). For Basic Services, compensation shall be on the basis of the hourly rates schedule attached hereto with a Fixed Maximum not to exceed Amount in Agreement in Words and No/100 Dollars ($X,XXX,XXX.XX). Said schedule shall govern for the duration of this Agreement.
