Compensation and Severance Benefits Following Termination. Except as specifically provided in this Section, any and all obligations of the Company to make payments to Executive under this Agreement will cease as of the date the Term expires pursuant to Section 3.1 or as of the date Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Section 3.2, as the case may be. Executive will be entitled to receive only the following compensation and benefits following the termination of his employment hereunder:
