Common use of Compensation and Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Term of Agreement. The ENGINEER shall be compensated for all services provided pursuant to this AGREEMENT in an amount not to exceed <dollar amount> in the manner and in accordance with the fee schedule as set forth in Attachment B. Payment shall be considered full compensation for all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the services described in Attachment A. Unless otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 6. D. herein, this AGREEMENT shall be for a term beginning upon the effective date, as described below, and shall continue for a period which may reasonably be required for the completion of the PROJECT, until the expiration of the funds, or completion of the PROJECT and acceptance by the CITY, whichever occurs first. ENGINEER shall proceed diligently with the PROJECT to completion as described in the PROJECT schedule as set forth in Attachment D.
