Compensation Benefits and Reimbursement. 3.1 The Consultant shall earn as compensation the amount of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000.00 GBP) per year ("Consultant’s Fee"), with subsequent adjustments as mutually agreed between the parties to reflect the growth and success of the Company.
