Common use of Compensation; Bonus Clause in Contracts

Compensation; Bonus. (a) In consideration for his services to be performed under this Agreement and as compensation therefor, Employee shall receive, in addition to the benefits set forth in Section 5 hereof, a base salary (the "Base Salary") at the annual rate of One Hundred Eighty Thousand ($180,000) Dollars. All payments of Base Salary shall be payable in bi-weekly installments or otherwise in accordance with Employer's policies.

All payments of Base Salary shall be payable in bi-weekly installments or otherwise in accordance with Employer's policies.

All payments of Base Salary shall be payable at least monthly in bi-weekly installments or otherwise in accordance with Employer's policiesarrears.
