Compensation, Fees and Expenses. x.Xx compensation for the Services, Client shall pay to Dalmore a fee equal to one hundred (100) basis points on the gross proceeds received by Client from Investors from each Series for which Dalmore acts as broker of record and for which securities are offered and sold during the Term.
