Common use of Compensation, Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Compensation, Fees and Expenses. The Custodian shall be entitled to receive, and the Trust hereby agrees to pay to the Custodian, such compensation as may be agreed upon from time to time between the Custodian and the Trust. The schedule of compensation to be paid to the Custodian shall be that set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Trust shall indemnify the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.19 of the Declaration for any loss incurred by the Custodian resulting from the purchase by the Trust of an investment security for the purchase of which the Trust did not have sufficient funds at the time of such purchase.
