COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS PRODUCER. If a Staff News Editor is asked by the Company to serve as the Producer of a program in addition to his/her duties as a News Editor on the program, compensation in addition to his/her staff salary as a News Editor and minimum commercial fee (if any is required) will be negotiated with such Editor. Nothing herein shall be deemed to require that a Producer be assigned to each program.

COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS PRODUCER. If When the Company assigns a Staff News Editor is asked covered by this Agreement to perform services as a Producer in addition to services as a News Editor, the Company to serve as the Producer of a program will pay such Employee, in addition to the minimum compensation applicable to his/her duties services as a News Editor on Editor, an amount which shall be negotiated by the program, compensation in addition to his/her staff salary as a Company with said News Editor and minimum commercial fee (if any is required) will be negotiated with at the time of such Editor. Nothing herein shall be deemed to require that a Producer be assigned to each programassignment.
