Compensation for Console Operators and Central. Of- fice Assistants shall be at the rate of one and one-half (11/2) times the basic hourly rate for all time of ten (10) minutes or more worked at the Company’s request in excess of eight (8) hours on any day or for time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any calendar week (ex- cept as may be otherwise required by law).
