COMPENSATION FOR COOPERATION. STT shall compensate Executive for all cooperation or other services rendered pursuant to this Section 9 by paying him the greater of (i) a sum equal to all of his lost salary, earnings and profits attributable to his provision of such cooperation and services, or (ii) compensation on an hourly basis calculated at his final hourly Salary rate. STT shall also reimburse Executive for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with his performance under this Section 9, including, without limitation, all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
