Compensation Review. The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed not less frequently than annually by the board of directors of the Company.
Compensation Review. AXOGEN shall, from time to time, but no less frequently than annually, review Employee's compensation (including benefits) and may, in its sole discretion, increase, or decrease, or eliminate any or all of the benefits. Any such increase or decrease in the compensation package shall be valid only if in writing, executed by a duly authorized officer of AXOGEN, and such writing shall constitute an amendment to this Paragraph 6 (and to the Agreement and any applicable Schedules or Exhibits) solely as to the benefits, without waiver or modification of any other terms, conditions or provisions of the Agreement.
Compensation Review. It is understood and agreed that Executive’s performance will be reviewed by the Company’s Board of Directors at the end of each calendar year during which this Agreement is in force for the purpose of determining whether or not Executive’s Base Salary and/or cash bonuses should be increased; it being further understood that the decision to increase Executive’s compensation shall be at the sole and exclusive option of the Board of Directors.
Compensation Review. The Company will conduct periodic reviews of Employee and his performance no less frequently than annually. While the Company currently anticipates that during such reviews, it may consider possible increases to Base Salary, both Employee and the Company hereby agree that the Company shall have no obligation to alter or adjust any compensation or benefits due to Employee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Compensation Review. The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed on a regular basis by the Board of Directors of the Company (or a Compensation Committee thereof) and shall be reviewed annually if the compensation of other executive officers of the Company is reviewed at such frequency. The compensation of the Executive prescribed in Section 4 of this Agreement (including benefits) may be increased at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company or the Compensation Committee.
Compensation Review. On at least an annual basis during the Term, the Base Salary and Bonus target shall be reviewed and subject to adjustment at the discretion of the Board.
Compensation Review. The Executive's compensation shall be reviewed annually by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Tucows within three months of the Corporation's year-end and any adjustment resulting from such review will be effective from the year end date.
Compensation Review. The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed not less frequently than semi-annually by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. The compensation of the Executive prescribed in paragraph 4 of this Agreement (including benefits) may be increased at the discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, but may not be reduced without the prior written consent of the Executive except as expressly provided herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Directors may reduce the amounts or awards under paragraph 4.2 or 4.3 of this Agreement on a reasonable basis provided such decrease is applicable to all executives of the Company and does not result in a proportionately greater reduction in the amounts or awards to Executive under such paragraphs as compared to any other executive of the Company or any of the Company’s subsidiaries.

Compensation Review. You will be eligible under a senior executive compensation program that will consider you for annual increases in Salary and that will periodically review your progress in light of targets and goals.
