Compensation for Course Work. A fund will be established for the purpose of compensating teachers for some of the expenses involved in taking university course work or other extensive training programs not now offered through the current Professional Development funds. Said Fund will contain $10,000 for the duration of the Agreement, and no more than 2/3 of this amount will be awarded in the first year.
