Compensation for Design Services. The Design Professional agrees to perform for the Owner the work and the professional services hereinbefore denominated as Basic Design Services. The Owner agrees to pay the Design Professional for such services a LUMP SUM FEE specified in the Design Order. If the Owner does not elect to procure construction services, then there shall be no payment for construction procurement services.
