Fixed Fee For Design Services. In full compensation for the Design Builder’s Design Services, including, without limitation, full compensation for all the Design Services of the Design Professional, including, without limitation, Design Professional Basic Subconsultants (and excluding only compensation for Design Professional Specialized Subconsultants and compensation for Reimbursable Design Expenses), Princeton University shall pay to Design Builder the fixed amount of $TBD (TBD Dollars) (the “Fixed Fee For Design Services”). Fixed Fee For Design Services. Monthly invoices shall include a proportion of the Fixed Fee For Design Services amount set forth in Article VIII(c)(1)(i) based on the percentage of completion of the Schematic Design, Design Development Construction Documents, and Bidding/Negotiation during the billing month. If an alternate payment schedule is incorporated into this Contract, monthly invoices shall include amounts per the payment schedule. In no event will amounts be paid that are in excess of the corresponding Fixed Fee For Design Services amount established for each design phase as set forth in Article VIII(c)(1)(i).

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds.   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
