Compensation for Filing Information While Off-Duty. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 22.3(C) a one (1) hour minimum of overtime shall be paid when filing direct information with the State Attorney’s Office while off duty. If such filing extends beyond one (1) hour, then time used in excess of one (1) hour will be paid at the employee’s regular rate of pay unless such time would be in excess of one hundred seventy-one (171) hours during the employee's 28 day work period. In that event, the rate of pay would be time and one-half (l-1/2).
