Investors of one any of the Contracting Party, Parties whose investments in the other Contracting Party suffer losses owing to war or other armed conflict, revolution, a state of national, a state of national emergency, revolt, insurrection of riot in the territory of the latter Contracting Party, shall be accorded by the latter other Contracting Party treatmentdue to war, as regards restitutionsinsurrection, indemnification, compensation civil disturbance or other settlement. 2.
