Compensation for lost income. 1. The employer compensates for the income that the shop xxxxxxx loses during working hours either in local negotiations with the employer’s representative or in carrying out other tasks agreed with the employer. 2. If the shop xxxxxxx carries out tasks agreed with the employer outside the shop xxxxxxx’x regular working hours, overtime compensation is paid for the time thus lost or the employee and the company agree on some other kind of additional compensation. 3.
