Compensation for on-call duty. On-call duty shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions be- low, unless the bank and the employee have agreed on another form of compensation. Compensation for on-call duty is payable for the hours ordered that do not fall within the period when compensation for qualified on-call duty shall be paid in accordance with what is stipulated below. The banks are prepared to as far as possible accommodate the wishes of the employees regarding the scheduling of such leave.
